About the Project

Eager to increase their visibility in the global commodities market, the Port of San Diego tasked the AGW Group team with developing a comprehensive plan to address the various limitations of the 10th Ave terminal. Environmental and political barriers constrained the types of commodities it could service and thus limited their potential client pool, so our plan included market education through hosted events, speaking engagements, content marketing, and advertising platforms previously underutilized in the vertical.
